About the role

As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational program and guiding your team each day. You will design and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect children's interests and embed the EYLF and NQS into everyday practice.

You will mentor and coach educators in your room, encouraging reflective practice and professional growth. You will actively contribute to the services Quality Improvement Plan (QIP),



bringing your ideas and leadership to curriculum decisions.

This role also involves building strong partnerships with families and engaging with the local community to create meaningful learning experiences. Your voice will be valued in shaping pedagogy and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

What you bring

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months of experience leading a room or team
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the planning cycle
- Confidence in mentoring colleagues and engaging families
