About the Role
As a Learning & Development Administrator, you are responsible for the provision of clerical and administrative services to the Learning and Development and greater People & Culture Division.
Your responsibilities will include
- General administration tasks, and delivery of accurate and timely learning and development services to the team and business
- Reception duties and ensuring all phone calls and enquires are taken effectively and referred to the appropriate person
- Data entry, maintain and update all training records within CLO Systems including the Training Calendar and induction planning implementation and coordination quarterly in advance
- Maintain the training systems and calendars with all training updates, enrolments, bookings and amendments
- Creation and filing of all training certificates including system updates on completion
- Recording and tracking within systems all staff training and attendance ensuring appropriate communication to supervisors as required
About You
You are a detailed-oriented,
organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced enviroment and enjoys contributing to process accuracy and improvement. You will bring:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Learning Management Systems
- Maintain high level of confidentiality relating to all CLO information
- Ensure all communications are actioned for all staff training enrolments, bookings and notifications
- Engages professionally and positively in CLO’s performance systems
- Participates in development programs as required
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to working with a diverse range of people.
What You Require
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to apply)
- Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia
