Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers.

Join our team as a Leasing Manager and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client, a large Telecommunications Carrier with a national footprint. You will be involved in negotiating the leases across metro and regional Australia.

Based in our North Sydney office, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet leasing requirements for our client.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract.
- Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations.
- Ongoing client relationship management.
- Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios.
- Increasing the security and utility of tenure.
- Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease durations with reduced commercial terms.

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:





- A property-related degree or property related experience.
- Experience working with a major Telco preferred but not essential.
- Background in leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords, Council and Government Departments.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising and negotiating with major corporate clients.
- Attention to detail whilst working on excel spreadsheets
