They are currently in search of an experienced and self-motivated Lifestyle Supports and Services Manager to become a valuable member of their team in a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development, coordination, and daily implementation of the lifestyle activity program

- Manage a small team

- Lead the Leisure and Lifestyle recreational program to enhance the overall wellbeing of Residents

- Ensure the program aligns with evidence-based best practices

- Regularly review and update Resident Lifestyle care plans

- Provide feedback and escalate any changes in residents' condition/behavior to the Registered Nurse





- Evaluate and adjust programs based on resident feedback and family input

- Maintain open communication with Resident families or representatives

- Conduct weekly Leisure and Lifestyle meetings, including agenda compilation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up

- Manage and allocate activities budget

- Ensure all documentation complies with Aged Care Quality Standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role or Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle

- Genuine interest in Aged Care

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, friends, and colleagues

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
