About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our Dandenong site on the afternoon shift. This is a key role for someone who is organised, service‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organise and coordinate daily metro runs, ensuring productive and accurate delivery schedules
- Put together transport plans and liaise with drivers and external providers
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics or transport issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures




- Work autonomously while maintaining a strong team‑focused approach

Note: This role has no direct reports, but requires leadership through coordination, communication, and ownership of the afternoon logistics function.

- Experience in load restraint, logistics, and transport coordination
- Ideal hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Flexible on start time, 12 pm or 1 pm)
- Highly organised, safety‑focused, and committed to safe work practices
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt when priorities shift
- Service‑oriented mindset – customer first
- Forklift licence and truck licensing (advantageous but not necessary)
- Immediate start
