About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Toowoomba team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-start checks on plant and equipment
- Operate production machinery and strap products for transport
- Load materials onto production lines using overhead crane or forklift
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient work area
- Monitor machinery to ensure products meet quality standards and production targets
- Follow health, safety,
and environmental procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute to a positive team culture
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting advantageous but not essential
- Forklift licence and/or crane experience advantageous but not essential
- Flexible, dependable, and energetic
