Experience with NPI/ product development lifecycle (developing and implementing manufacturing processes, creating documentation, conducting design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, and leading pilot builds) Experience with SPC, proficient at capability study, understanding CPK, control limits. Extensive experience in Machine qualification, health monitoring techniques. Understanding of machining processes.
