Sodexo, Australia's largest provider of services to the energy and resource sector, is seeking Maintenance Supervisor who will be based in the Carins region, on a permanent full-time basis on a 5/2 standard Monday to Friday roster in Weipa.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to take the next step in their career as a supervisor, managing a maintenance trades team of 14 across the site. Your role will be reporting to the Property & Maintenance Manager.

- Preventative & Reactive Maintenance
- Provide leadership and supervision to our maintenance team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Contribute towards any improvements or initiatives relating to productivity or costs.
Skills & experience
- Trade or Engineering qualification
- Warehousing, manufacturing, or trades background
- CMMS experience (essential)
- Urbanise system knowledge (desirable)
- Strong financial literacy and ability to manage budgets and commercial agreements
- Experience with preventative and condition-based maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and safety
- For onboarding we will require G1,8 & 9 (or the abiltiy to attain).
