This is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming from a banking, financial services or funds management environment, ideally with a degree in accounting/finance and strong experience in management reporting.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Management, you will deliver accurate financial reporting, support strategic decision-making and contribute to the efficient operation of the organisation.
Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary for senior leadership
- Develop annual budgets, cashflow forecasts and balance sheet projections
- Produce financial and operational reports as required

Audit, Compliance & Systems

- Act as the key contact for external auditors
- Ensure financial statements and reporting meet compliance requirements
- Maintain accounting systems, controls and policies
- Manage BAS preparation and lodgement
- Oversee monitoring and compliance

Operational Finance & Support

- Manage accounts payable
- Support loan application, drawdown and review processes




- Liaise with financial institutions on liquidity and funds management
- Assist with risk management and client relationship activities
- Contribute to projects and operational improvements

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring a combination of technical ability, strong communication skills and a proactive, cooperative mindset. To be successful, you will ideally have:

- CA/CPA qualification (highly regarded)
- Proven experience in a similar management accounting role
- Exposure to the banking or financial services sector
- High-level analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent Excel capability and confidence working with financial systems
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a small professional team
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
