Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join the team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
- Deliver insightful financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions
- Partner with key stakeholders across operations and leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Contribute to the ongoing scale and optimisation of the finance function
About You
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified
- Comfortable working in a scaling / small business environment
- Open to regular travel within the NSW region
- Experience in retail or eCommerce is highly advantageous
