Mivada is an Australian -owned technology consulting
business with teams across Australia and India. We are growing, and we are
looking for a Finance Manager to lead our finance function and help
strengthen financial accuracy, reporting, controls, and team performance.

This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply
about getting the numbers right, enjoys improving how finance operates, and
wants to play a meaningful role in a growing business. You will work closely
with the CEO, lead the finance team with offshore resources, and help build a
more scalable and disciplined finance function.

You will also have access to an external
advisory CFO who will provide mentoring and coaching to support your
development and career growth.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead month -end close and
deliver accurate, reliable management accounts

- Review reconciliations,
journals, accruals, prepayments, and reporting outputs

- Analyse financial
performance and provide clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities

- Lead the finance team across
onshore and offshore resources

- Strengthen financial
controls, governance, and reporting discipline

- Support budgeting,
forecasting, and broader financial planning

- Partner with leaders across
the business to improve financial understanding and commercial outcomes
