Your new role
As the MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant(Field Service), you will be the primary technical specialist responsible for enhancing, configuring, and supporting the D365 Field Service platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that improve Field Service processes.Your role will focus on:

- Configuring, customising, and optimising D365 Field Service
- Supporting modules such as work orders, scheduling, dispatch, assets, resource management, and mobile
- Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Overseeing technical delivery and managing vendor outputs
- Supporting integrations and system improvements (no Azure expertise required)
- Investigating issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing enhancements
- Ensuring adherence to platform best practices

This is a hands-on technical consulting role ,



ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and being the go-to expert in their domain.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:

- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Field Service Technical or Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on capability across configuration, customisation, workflows, and solution support
- Solid understanding of Field Service operations and processes
- Ability to gather requirements and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Experience working with or managing technical vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical teams
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
