An established, large-scale organisation is seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer to support and enhance its Modern Workplace and End User Compute (EUC) environment.

Your new role
This is a hands-on Level 2/3 role with a solid focus on Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft 365, combined with the ability to engage stakeholders on solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll provide day-to-day technical support, VIP and field services, while also contributing to projects and initiatives aimed at improving user experience and reducing operational demand.Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting and improving Modern Workplace and EUC services across enterprise environments
- Designing and maintaining the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across physical and virtual devices
- Providing advanced troubleshooting across identity, device management, applications, endpoint security and virtual desktops
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to fit-for-purpose workplace technology solutions
- Supporting Intune, Entra, AVD and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Contributing to workplace technology projects,



upgrades and rollouts
- Ensuring strong security, compliance and operational standards

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience delivering Level 2/3 EUC or Modern Workplace support
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory & Microsoft Entra
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Microsoft 365

- Practical experience with Windows 11, physical and virtual environments
- Experience with Privileged Access Management, including Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
- Confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior users
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
