At PINQ we only take on ONE new grad each year, per team. We do this to ensure we can provide the best support and growth to set you up for success in your chosen career.

What does it look like?

- Two weeks of Graduate specific onboarding including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Physio Inq and community therapy
- Shadowing opportunities of senior clinicians and of your own clients by senior clinicians
- Opportunities to shadow the other members of the allied health team and see our Holistic approach to treating our clients

- Additional weekly scheduled catch ups with your TL to support you operationally and clinically
