What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience in a high-volume venue
- Confident pouring, shaking, and serving with speed and consistency
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A strong understanding of RSA and safe service practices
- A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure on busy nights
- Weekend and late-night availability is essential
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks with energy, precision, and personality
- Keeping your bar clean, organised and well-stocked
