We are currently expanding our team in the Bayside region and looking for OTs who enjoy being able to work from home and close to home!

We have a varied & large waiting list for services. AAA will allocate a suitable caseload within 30mins of your suburb.

Your Role will include

- Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
- Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive,



developmental, and physical functions
- Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
- Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
- Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
- Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
- Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
- A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
