We’re looking for an Operations and Recruitment Consultant to join our Nursing Agency team and play a key role in ensuring client shifts are filled and our workforce is well supported.

Job Description
About the Role
As an Operations and Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage daily shift bookings and allocate staff to client needs
- Maintain strong communication with nurses, carers, and healthcare facilities
- Advertise, interview, and onboard new agency nurses and carers
- Support new recruits through their first months to build engagement and retention
- Keep accurate records, compliance checks, and system updates
- Assist in process improvements that ensure effective workforce utilisation
- Professionally represent HCA with both clients and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in agency nursing, recruitment, or healthcare operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage in a busy setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using MS Office and rostering/booking systems
- A proactive, people-focused approach with a strong attention to detail
