Occupational Therapist – School -Based | Brisbane South / Logan / Ipswich

About the Role
This is a school -based OT role, supporting students in preschool, primary and secondary settings across Logan and Ipswich. You’ll collaborate with educators, families and community organisations – including programs supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
You’ll work in schools, with flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 evidence -based interventions in school environments
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff on classroom -based strategies
- Conduct assessments and write reports to support learning and funding outcomes
- Provide professional development and upskilling for school staff
- Support assistive tech recommendations and classroom modifications
- Attend meetings, supervision, and internal PD sessions
- Build robust relationships with educators, families, and community leaders
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet professional expectations
