Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new Planning Coordinator. The Planning Coordinator manages the movement of staff to and from PWR client's sites, with the aim of ensuring PWR delivers on its contractual obligations.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:
Contracts
- Act as the primary point of contact for all general and technical enquiries from clients and their subsidiaries regarding accounts, contracts, scheduled and upcoming works
- Schedule review meetings in both Perth and regional sites
- Liaising with supervisors to coordinate and plan work schedules and equipment
- Undertake regular quality reviews with the assistance of management
- Assist with contract and scope of work enquiries both internally and externally
- Liaising with clients regarding purchase orders, invoices, purchase requisitions, work orders
- Ensure hours are correct as per job sheet
- Raise variation orders
General Administration
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance, repairs and contract variations
- Ensure that accurate records of all correspondence for Job orders and quotes are filed
- Ensure that equipment and personnel for work orders have resources assigned, are dispatched, arrive, conducted and finalised

- Experience with scheduling staff and equipment to various sites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and to use initiative
- High attention to detail
- Accurate data entry input
