A large, values-driven organisation operating in a regulated, infrastructure-led environment is undertaking a targeted refresh of how major investments and projects are governed. With a strong focus on accountability, value, and effective decision-making, this organisation is investing in improving its enterprise governance frameworks to better support delivery outcomes.
Your new role
This contract role will lead a short-term initiative to review, redesign and uplift portfolio, program and project governance frameworks. Rather than delivering individual projects, you will lead a governance transformation, simplifying approval pathways, clarifying decision rights, and ensuring investment governance is fit-for-purpose, scalable and practical.Working closely with senior leaders and PMO stakeholders, you will facilitate workshops, conduct process and gap analysis, and align governance frameworks with contemporary delivery methodologies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Robust experience in PMO, portfolio or investment governance




- Demonstrated capability in framework design, uplift, or transformation
- Comfort engaging with executive stakeholders and facilitating workshops
- Experience aligning PMBOK, Agile or hybrid delivery with governance models
- Background in regulated infrastructure, utilities or complex enterprise environments is advantageous.
Please Note: This role is not well suited to hands-on delivery Project Managers.
