Are you ready to take the lead on major accounts and drive strategic property outcomes across ANZ? TMX Transform is seeking a Portfolio Management Associate Director to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of industrial property management.

About the Role

As the Portfolio Management Associate Director, you’ll take the account management lead on some of our largest and most strategic occupier clients, working across major industrial projects throughout Australia and Current Zealand. You’ll bring a strategic mindset to portfolio performance, leasing negotiations, and property strategy, while overseeing critical dates, landlord Capex, and financial performance.

This is a unique opportunity to work with industry-leading brands and be part of a team that’s redefining how property portfolios are managed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading account management for key occupier clients

- Driving strategic initiatives across large-scale industrial portfolios

- Overseeing leasing negotiations, make-good strategies, and financial performance





- Collaborating with internal experts and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes

- Supporting the growth of TMX’s portfolio management offering

About You

- Hold relevant real estate licensing qualifications for your state

- 10+ years’ experience in property strategy, leasing, portfolio management, landlord side or in-house property

- Strong background in industrial property across ANZ

- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for results
