Description
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Portfolio Reporting Analyst, you'll support the management and reporting of costs and benefits across the Enterprise Portfolio. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dashboard reporting, including business charge area and advantages realisation reporting, maintaining the Portfolio Benefits Register, and producing meaningful insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in project reporting, and portfolio governance. You'll have the chance to influence decision-making by providing timely, accurate information that supports the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives and member value.
This role is available as permanent opportunity in Brisbane or Melbourne. Although the preference is full-time, we are open to part-time.
Responsibilities
Day to day, you'll:
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations that provide financial and non-financial insights through Power BI.

• Support financial cost reporting, analysis, and benefits governance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain accurate benefit plans and realisation reporting.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to improve reporting integrity and reliability.
Qualifications
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
• Your experience includes designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, ideally using Power BI.
• You'll bring experience maintaining data sets, registers and portfolio governance artefacts.
• You're highly analytical and confident interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating meaningful insights.
• You'll be proficient across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• You have experience in benefits management, benefits realisation, portfolio reporting, or project reporting.
• You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
• You're familiar with financial services, and knowledge of superannuation or project management methodologies will be highly regarded.
