RoleWe're looking for an experienced Power BI Reporting Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of dashboards, working at the intersection of business, data and reporting.This is a BI-focused leadership role where you will own requirements, KPI definition and dashboard design while guiding a Power BI Developer through build and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and KPIs
- Design dashboard UX, wireframes and storytelling
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data readiness




- Oversee data models, metrics, and reporting quality
- Guide a developer through build, testing, and release
- Ensure outputs are accurate, user-friendly, and business-focused
What You Bring
- Robust experience delivering enterprise Power BI dashboards
- Proven ability to lead reporting design (not just development)
- Good understanding of data modelling (fact/dim, grain, relationships)
- Experience working with data engineering teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to turn complex data into clear business insight
