We are currently seeking a driven Pre‑Delivery Office Assistant to support our Service & Delivery operations.
About the role:
You will coordinate the preparation of new, used, and demonstrator vehicles, ensuring they meet BMW and MINI’s premium standards before delivery.
You will also support the Aftersales team by managing customer communication, service bookings, invoicing, and maintaining a high‑quality reception environment.
This role works closely with workshop staff, technicians, and suppliers to keep service flow smooth and customers informed.
What you’ll bring:
- Full NSW Driver’s License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
- Automotive or workshop experience (preferred)
