Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in functional consulting, qualified services, and/or project management preferably for SaaS/PaaS solutions. Proven experience in implementing enterprise software solutions, with a focus on talent management, HR technology, or similar platforms. Proven experience in defining business requirements, leading design discussions and scoping level of effort for project work. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and facilitation skills,
