Our Private Tax & Advisory division partners with Australia's largest private entities, offering bespoke solutions that span tax compliance, strategic advisory, and commercial insights.
Your new role
1. Manager - you'll lead a high-performing team and manage a diverse portfolio of private clients. You'll work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and drive the business, while mentoring and developing talent within the team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading client engagements and delivering high-quality advisory services
- Managing performance, careers, and development of staff
- Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Driving service excellence and continuous improvement

2. Analyst - you'll support a talented group of Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base-from start-ups to large family groups. You'll be involved in:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Assisting with ATO and state tax compliance reporting




- Supporting advisory engagements and client communications
- Building direct client relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Supervising and training junior staff

What you'll need to succeed
Manager -
- 4+ years advising private clients in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm
- CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships
Analyst -
- A strong interest in private tax and advisory services
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Progress toward CA or similar qualification is highly regarded
