About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Procurement Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement strategy while driving cost optimisation, supplier performance, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Procurement Director to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business goals

- Analyse spend, supplier performance, and market trends to identify savings and improvement opportunities

- Lead tender processes (RFTs), supplier negotiations, and contract management





- Strengthen procurement-to-pay processes and ensure compliance with governance standards

- Drive cost-saving and working capital initiatives, including supplier consolidation and payment term optimisation

- Manage supplier performance, risk assessments, and continuity planning

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing processes

- Champion sustainable procurement practices and track performance against ESG goals

About You

- 5+ years’ procurement experience with strong analytical capability

- Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

- Experience managing supplier relationships and delivering commercial outcomes

- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
