What you’ll do
- Partner with Merchandising, Programming, Marketing, Presenters, Production and Studio teams to plan, develop, analyse and continuously improve shows across all TVSN categories
- Produce live and pre-recorded content that delivers engaging storytelling and drives sales performance
- Own the direction, pace, and overall look and feel of your shows
- Lead live broadcasts from the control room, ensuring seamless execution and strong commercial outcomes
- Use insights and performance data to refine content and maximise results
What you bring
- Proven experience as a TV Producer,
ideally in a sales-driven or commercial environment
- Robust editorial judgement with a clear understanding of what converts
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Confident communicator who can direct presenters and collaborate across teams
- Experience working on live television productions
