Well established Utilities organization looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager Your new role
- Lead the end-to-end change management scoping, planning, and delivery, operating within a complex, multi-year transformation environment.
- In collaboration with the project team, design and deliver a comprehensive change program to support core systems and operating model changes.
- Identify and analyse key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, assess and classify change impacts, and design targeted engagement, communication, and mitigation strategies to proactively manage change risk.
- Work closely with business analysts, solution designers, and business stakeholders to identify business change impacts, conduct gap analysis, and ensure organisational implications are fully understood.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience leading change management functions or workstreams within complex, multi-year transformation programs
- Proven track record delivering organisational change involving operating model shifts, organisational structure review,



and role or accountability realignment to support evolving program objectives
- Strong capability to design, implement, and govern a structured change approach that manages cumulative change impacts, supports adoption, and enables sustained organisational outcomes
- Proven experience communicating complex change impacts, decisions, and outcomes to diverse stakeholder groups at all organisational levels, tailoring messaging to support understanding and adoption
- Experience managing change associated with enterprise systems and process transformation, with a transparent understanding of the organisational and workforce impacts beyond technical implementation
- Proven business transformation/system change experience in the Utilities sector
