We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.nnDue to growth, we are looking for a Field Project Engineer to provide high quality, efficient support to the PMO team to deliver customer projects on time and on budget, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of the PQ product portfolio.nn## Key Duties:nn * Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the projectn * Allocate and manage resources and confer with service, operations, engineering, sales u0026 finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityn * Actively manage coordination between factory, supply chain, project resources and customern * Ensure the company and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met.n * Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget including supply chain, warehouse, engineer, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field service personneln * Provide accurate project sales forecast / estimation, manage the project expenses (Tu0026E, timesheet, product, purchase orders)n * Actively gather information on the customer and the customeru0027s requirements to creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project where possiblen * Resolve conflicts and identify the root cause of disagreements, facilitating open communication,
and guiding the team towards a mutually agreeable solution.n * Throughout project life cycle, identify and assess all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools and identify and implement suitable mitigation activitiesn * Prepare project status reports for management u0026 customeru2019s and project related month end reporting for finance n * Throughout project life cycle, identify and assess all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools and identify and implement suitable mitigation activitiesnnnn## Qualifications:nn * A minimum of five years of project management experience in the electrical industry.
