Role: Project Manager

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for some of the biggest industrial builds and will play a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. You can demonstrate a track record of building strong positive relationships with internal TMX teams, key stakeholders, and vendors to drive impactful project outcomes that make a real difference for both our clients and TMX. What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead projects from early planning through to delivery and handover

- Work directly with clients to define requirements and shape project outcomes

- Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across the full lifecycle

- Oversee design coordination, procurement, and construction delivery

- Drive programme, cost, and risk outcomes

- Build strong, trusted client relationships

- Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans

- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving

- Deliver clear, high-quality reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

- Ensure all safety and reputation standards are upheld across TMX and client environments.

What You Bring

- Experience delivering industrial, logistics,



or commercial construction projects

- Background working with builders, developers, or consultancies are highly regarded

- Solid understanding of project delivery, contracts, and stakeholder management

- Ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar (preferred)

- Experience with tools like MS Project or Procore is a plus
