Your new role
Seeking an experienced ERP implementation and finance systems skilled with strong hands-on expertise supporting Pronto ERP implementations and rollouts within resource and project-based environments. Proven capability in data migration, finance module support, stakeholder coordination, UAT, and end-user training, with a practical, delivery-focused approach suited to short-term contract engagements.

What you'll need to succeed

- Supported end-to-end Pronto ERP rollout across finance and operational modules, including AP, GL, Projects, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Inventory.
- Assisted with data migration from legacy finance systems, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation,



and validation prior to go-live
- Coordinated with finance, payroll, and external vendors to support module configuration and deployment
- Conducted workshops, training sessions, and UAT, resolving system issues and supporting business readiness
- Developed clear user guides, process documentation, and training materials for end users
- Provided post-implementation support, troubleshooting system issues and supporting continuous improvement
- Ensured system performance, reliability, and adherence to internal control requirements
- Working Across Time Zones & Flexible Hours
