Your new role
You will support the organisation's property and investment portfolios through accurate reporting, analysis and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing budgets and reviewing reports from external managers.
- Tracking capital projects and producing regular management reports.
- Managing journals, lease accruals and property settlement accounting.
- Assisting with statutory reporting and audits.
- Analysing leasing and investment proposals.
- Monitoring cash flow, loan covenants and tax compliance (BAS and GST).

You'll play a key role in delivering reliable financial insights and strengthening processes across the finance team.
What you'll need to succeed

- CA/CPA qualification.




- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial reporting for commercial property.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience preparing complex journals and statutory financial statements.
- Knowledge of GST and its application to property-related transactions.
- Eager-ness to learn and a team-oriented approach.
- Strong financial analysis and organisational skills.
- Experience with equity investments (desirable not essential).
- Exposure to TechnologyOne (desirable not essential).
