What you’ll be doing:

- Sourcing and securing industrial property solutions that align with major clients' network needs

- Presenting to clients and holding your own in the room with confidence

- Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver bold, creative outcomes

- Growing your profile in the industrial property space while working on career-making projects

What we’re looking for:

- 3–6 years’ experience in industrial property – agency,



tenant rep or research experience highly regarded

- A team player with a hunger to learn, grow, and contribute

- Strong business development drive and commercial instincts

- Sharp market knowledge and a natural communicator

- Comfortable with clients, credible with stakeholders
