Role: Team Assistant
Location: Sydney, Australia
As a Team Assistant in TMX Transform’s dynamic Property and Portfolio team, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing workplace. Supporting a team of industry experts delivering end-to-end real estate solutions, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Based in our Sydney office, you'll provide vital administrative support, manage busy schedules, and contribute to the team’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Be Part of Major Projects:
Contribute to some of the largest and most exciting transactions in the industrial property space.
- Sales & Client Support: Assist the Property and Portfolio team in delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
- Enable Revenue Growth: Help the team manage key accounts and drive commercial outcomes in the market.
- Team Collaboration:
Help manage internal platforms and ensure team tools and resources are kept up to date.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and promptly.
- High-Quality Output:
Draft, review, and refine polished, market-facing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organisational Support: Help organise team events, meetings, and other activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and providing updates.
- Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including managing calendars of the Sydney Property and Portfolio team, scheduling meetings, managing leave and expenses, booking travel and processing invoices
- Data Entry & System Management: Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records in platforms Property related internal systems, supporting data integrity and consistency.
Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years with real estate experience
- Previous Property industry experience beneficial (i.e. listing software/ database, agency agreements, licensing, listing sheets, title searches and marketing)
- Experience in juggling the needs of multiple high-priority stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working under pressure, prioritising and working to tight deadlines
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software and tools. Adobe InDesign and Salesforce experience is preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
