Must Have Skills:
Candidates must be Australian Citizens holding an active NV1 security
clearance or higher.
deep hands -on expertise across Cloud, Data Centre and Network
infrastructure domains including Windows, Linux, VMware, Backup (CommVault),
Storage (NetApp), Routing, Switching, SD -WAN, Security, and Server
Workplace. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting
enterprise -grade environments using technologies from leading vendors such as
Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Meraki, Microsoft,Linux, F5 Load Balancers, Aruba
VMware, Netscaler, Fortigate, Velocloud, Solarwinds, ServiceCentral, Magpie,
Splunk, and Merge.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in Telco/ISP and Australian public sector environments is highly
valued, particularly with knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
Exposure to network automation (Python, Ansible), cloud networking (AWS,
Azure, GCP), and enterprise -scale network transformation or migration
projects will be a strong advantage.
Minimum Years of Experience 5 Years
Certifications Needed: CCNP, JNCIP, Fortinet NSE, or
ITIL Foundation
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder
and execute
Own the full lifecycle of incidents, service requests, problems, and
changes—including high -priority and emergency changes—from initiation to
closure.
Deliver proactive and reactive network support to prevent
service disruptions, maintain SLA compliance, and ensure service continuity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance,
resilience, scalability, and maintainability of managed network environments.

This role operates within a 24/7 NOC/Support environment.
Candidates must be willing and able to work rotating shift rosters and
participate in an on -call roster as required.
