Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- · Hours 4:30-20:30
- · Prepare, review, and process export documentation such as commercial invoices, airway bills, customs forms, and compliance records.
- · Verify shipment details to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, UPS policies,

- and destination‑country requirements.
- · Enter and update shipment data in UPS systems with a high level of accuracy.




- · Coordinate with warehouse staff, to resolve export‑related issues.
- · Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- · Ability to work efficiently in a time‑sensitive workplace.
- · Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday
- · Strong organizational and time management skills
- · Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
- · Previous experience in an operational environment
