Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Accountable Manager the QCM Head, is responsible for management and implementation of the Quality Management Systems.

- Extensive knowledge of CASA, FAA, EASA, and foreign NAA regulatory requirements desirable
- Understanding of ISO 9001-2015 requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Show a proven ability to influence and motivate others to ensure compliance and maintain evidence records.
- Experience in negotiating with aviation regulatory authorities and in preparing applications for authorisations and approvals.
- Broad operational knowledge and experience in the functions of an MRO or Aviation Maintenance Facility
- Ability to role model safe behaviours and lead cultural change across the organization.

Requirements:

- Professionally trained in Quality Management with Lead Auditor Training desirable.
- At least 5 years experience in quality and safety management
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills




- Experience as an AME, Licenced Engineer or Aviation Degree Qualified
- Extensive knowledge of Safety Management System application and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage and influence change.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Experience in the use of the MS Office suite of products.
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous.
