Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure business and associated system compliance with DCR’s policy & practice and legislative standards.

- Working with Human Resources in all mandatory and regulatory compliance for all staff, ensuring WFM outputs are achieving of the compliance markers and measures and reporting as required.

- Recording of incidents and events,



triaging and escalating key issues in accordance with policy and procedural requirements.

- Conduct environmental, house audits in DCR client houses.

- Ensure the accuracy of and regularly conduct quality audits of electronic and hard copy administrative systems and records.
