We are seeking a qualified and personable Receptionist for a short-term role in Bowen Hills. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
Pay: $38 Per Hour
Dates Required:
- Friday, 20th December (Half Day - Handover)
- Monday, 23rd December
- Tuesday , 24th December
- Wednesday, 8th January
- Thursday, 9th January
- Friday, 10th January
- Friday 24th January
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle mail and courier deliveries
- Assist with general office administration tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
