HCA are on the lookout for a high-energy, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team,based in our Charlestown office. This is more than just recruitment. Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates (RNs, ENs, AINs, etc.) in accordance with HCA and client requirements.
- Advertise job vacancies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Undertake phone and face to face interviews with prospective candidates
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks, credential verifications, and pre-employment checks (police clearances, immunizations, etc.).
- Maintain and update candidate records and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including inductions, training, and credentialing.
- Liaise with internal team to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing demands.
- Attend recruitment events, job fairs,



and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract talent.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare staffing.
