We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage high-volume internal recruitment, proactive talent sourcing & pooling, headhunting and support onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Location: Brookvale (H&G; Head Office)

What You'll Bring:

- 2+ years recruitment experience, ideally gained as an internal recruiter in fast-paced Retail environment (90+% of the role)

- Demonstrated experience in talent pooling, proactive sourcing, and headhunting (critical)

- Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (10-15 vacancies per month)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines

- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail

- Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards, and sourcing tools

- Highly developed work ethic

What You'll Be Doing

- Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms and managing responses

- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles

- Booking and conducting interviews and ensuring the candidate process is smooth and seamless

- Working across high-volume end-to-end internal recruitment (ads, screening, interviews, offers)

- Building talent pipelines and maintaining accurate records

- Assist with onboarding, contracts, and employee lifecycle tasks

- Contributing to process improvement and workforce planning
