We are seeking passionate, qualified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates sessions to a diverse client base, with a commitment to helping clients improve their strength.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and small groups

- Modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels, injuries, or special conditions

- Provide transparent, motivating, and encouraging instruction throughout sessions

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment

- Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a strong studio community

- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:

- Completed Matwork and Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized training provider

- Minimum 12 months of experience teaching Pilates classes (Reformer and/or Mat)

- First Aid and CPR certification

- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills





- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others

- Experience working in a studio or boutique fitness environment

- Additional qualifications in pre/post-natal Pilates, rehab, or movement therapy
