Role Overview:

As an Aged Care Nurse, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by:

- Delivering Residential Aged Care services.
- Supporting Home Care Packages tailored to individual needs.
- Promoting residents physical and emotional well-being in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent health outcomes.
- Conduct and document assessments in mental health, aged care, and clinical care.
- Supervise and mentor a team of support workers.

Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable):

- AHPRA Registration: Active registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years full-time nursing experience, preferably in aged care or medical-surgical settings.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to a rural or regional area with a valid drivers license.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Aged care expertise or a willingness to undertake aged care training.
- Strong English communication skills to excel in documentation and team collaboration.
- Overseas nursing experience is highly regarded.
