Eden Ritchie is seeking a Business Improvement Manager Finance responsible for providing high-level financial management, analysis, and advisory services to support budget reviews and expenditure strategies.

- Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
- Location: Fully Remote with occasional travel at client’s expense

As the Business Improvement Manager Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting detailed financial analysis and management of key costs.
- Collaborating closely with business managers and clinicians to provide credible financial advice and improve budget management.
- Reporting on the financial performance of cost centres, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Supporting the Acting COO in addressing financial deficits and implementing corrective strategies.




- Contributing to a review of the annual budget and assisting in developing actionable plans to reduce costs.

Desirable Requirements & Skills:

- At least 10 years of experience in financial roles.
- Proven ability to engage with clinicians and senior stakeholders.
- CPA qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Robust analytical and communication skills, with experience working in large-scale organisations.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Previous experience in the health sector
