Job Description
Our Performance and Reward team advises across a range of remuneration matters and for a breadth of clients. Our clients include ASX 20 companies, global fund managers and private equity firms. As a Manager/ Senior Manager in the team, you will be involved in the design and implementation of incentive arrangements, advising on global employee equity plans, and advising on transactions/deals.
Your Opportunity
This role is an opportunity to join a tax advisory team which:
- Advising clients on the Australian tax implications of employee equity arrangements (including Australian listed company and multinational employee share schemes, employee share trusts, private company/private equity management equity plans);
- Working across the KPMG global network to help clients understand the global tax implications of equity arrangements;
- Working on M&A; transactions (including trade sales and IPOs) to best structure employee equity arrangements.

- Ability to think critically and explain complex concepts simply (both verbally and in written form)
- Capability in managing multiple stakeholders (both client and internal) and projects
- Actively and respectfully listens to others’ views and is willing to put forward their own perspective.
- Knowledge of Australian or International Tax appropriate for your level.
- Excellent client interaction skills, able to help clients identify and solve their challenges, technical and practical.
- Capability of running multiple engagements of varying size and scope with varying timeframes and delivering successful outcomes.
- Skills required to be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with teams from across KPMG.
- An understanding of the Indirect Tax market including emerging trends across key markets and in tax technology, appropriate for your level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
