As a Director, in addition to managing large projects, or, project directing smaller projects, and driving thought leadership in your areas of expertise, you have experience and an appetite to grow our business through your existing relationships where your ability to leverage your networks will develop new professional relationships for Nous. You will contribute significantly to project content and direction, and in the design and structure of client solutions.

This role also provides the opportunity to mentor and coach less experienced consultants to assist in their ongoing growth and development on projects at Nous.

You are:

And the practical experience:

- 10+ years experience in a related role

- Effective project management of medium-large and complex projects & programs concurrently, with project direction of smaller projects

- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data

- Commercial mindset, understanding/experience of business challenges

- Ability to produce high quality client materials in short period of time

- Effective relationship manager

- Substantial expertise and experience in areas related to Nous' capability areas and sectors (look under Work at nousgroup.com for details of these)
