• Provide general administrative support to the Principal and broader team.



• Open and close files accurately, ensuring consistent file management and structure.



• Prepare cost disclosures and standard documentation for property transactions.



• Complete high-volume data entry with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.



• Collate, merge, edit and organize PDF documents using Adobe or similar tools.



• Assist with settlement preparation, including ordering property certificates and supporting processes required for property settlements.



• Correspond professionally with clients, real estate agents, brokers, bankers and other legal professionals as required.



• Support other team members with general duties and workflow management.



• Phone support may be introduced at a later stage once the successful candidate is established in the role.

• Previous experience in a conveyancing firm or property law environment (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.

• Solid understanding of administrative functions and legal office practices.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
