Mirakl Solution Consultant (Marketplace Expert)

Location: Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid/Remote Options)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mirakl Solution Consultant to drive successful marketplace implementations for retail & CPG clients. You'll serve as the technical authority on the Mirakl platform, guiding customers through architecture design, integration, and scaling strategies to build high-performing marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Implementation Leadership

- Lead end-to-end Mirakl platform deployments from discovery to go-live

- Conduct solution design workshops to define marketplace architecture and feature adoption

- Advise on REST API integrations with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Magento)





- Mitigate risks by identifying technical gaps and proposing alternatives

Strategic Growth & Optimization

- Post-launch: Identify expansion opportunities (international, omnichannel, current business models)

- Develop reusable assets/templates to accelerate future implementations

- Serve as liaison between customers and Mirakl product teams to influence roadmap

Technical Advisory

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specs (JSON/XML, CSV workflows)

- Guide development teams on Mirakl best practices and integration patterns

- Stay current with Mirakl feature releases and SaaS eCommerce trends

Required Skills

Must-Have:

✅ Expertise in eCommerce consulting (Retail/CPG focus preferred)

✅ Hands-on Mirakl platform experience (implementations/integrations)

✅ Expertise with REST APIs and SaaS/PaaS architectures

✅ Proven ability to create technical blueprints and business requirements docs

✅ Strong stakeholder management (operational teams to C-level)

Nice-to-Have:

? Experience with additional eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP Hybris)

? Knowledge of marketplace business models (B2B2C, dropshipping)

? Certification in Mirakl or related technologies
