This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Regional Delivery Partner Manager. In this role, you will oversee compliance and governance across a vast territory managing over 500 subcontracted Delivery Partners. You will work closely with various operational units to uphold service standards, enforce compliance, ensure commercial efficiency, and enhance safety across the network. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our service delivery and fostering collaborative relationships within the team.

Accountabilities

- Ensure 100% compliance — all subcontractors must hold a current agreement with verified scope, fleet, and capability.
- Review and assess commercial arrangements and cost-to-serve, providing recommendations on pricing and scope changes.
- Challenge service and pricing arrangements while maintaining an uncompromising focus on safety.
- Manage subcontractor compliance via relevant compliance platforms.
- Lead audits, investigations, and assurance activities.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with operational business units and delivery partners.

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in Transport, 3PL or similar industries.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance and national laws.
- Experience in contract governance, commercial analysis, and safety/incident investigation.
- Confident, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to think holistically and work cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.
